About Amber
Amber is a BACP registered psychotherapist who believes that feeling genuinely heard can be the beginning of meaningful change.

A little about me
I work with children, young people, adults and older adults. My role is not to judge or tell you who to be, but to stay alongside you as we make sense of what is happening and what may help.
Our work is collaborative and paced around you. Some people want practical ways to cope now; others want to understand deeper patterns or experiences from the past. Both have a place in therapy.
Experience & approach
Amber draws on experience across NHS and counselling settings while keeping each therapeutic relationship individual.
Amber has worked within NHS Sutton Uplift, Talk Wandsworth and Relational Counselling, supporting people across different ages and circumstances.
Sessions can explore what is most important that week, rather than following a rigid programme that does not respond to you.
Amber keeps a limited client base and is committed to continuing professional training, reflection and responsible practice.
Finding the right fit
Your initial consultation is a chance to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you hope might change, and anything that would help you feel more comfortable.
It is also a chance to notice whether working with Amber feels right. There is no pressure to decide beyond what feels useful for you.
Amber helped me understand the origin of my emotions.
