Therapy
Therapy offers space to slow down, say what may be difficult to say elsewhere and explore a future that feels more manageable and hopeful.

One experience may fit, several may feel familiar, or none may feel quite right yet. If you don’t see your experience here, what you do know is enough for us to begin.
What the work can offer
Counselling and psychotherapy can offer different ways of understanding and responding to what you’re going through. The work may focus on a difficulty affecting you now, or explore recurring patterns, relationships and past experiences that continue to shape your life.
You do not need to know which approach is right before you begin. Amber will help you find a comfortable starting point, listen to what matters and shape the sessions around your needs, even if you are unsure how to put things into words.
Sessions may offer practical ways to cope, space to reflect, or both. Together, you can make sense of what affects how you feel and relate to others, while exploring changes that matter to you at a pace that feels right.
This experience has been truly transformative.

Therapy is individual
You may want to work on a current difficulty, transition or coping strategy over a shorter period. Progress is reviewed with you, not assumed.
You may want time to understand persistent patterns, relationships or earlier experiences without rushing towards a quick answer.
There is no fixed number of sessions. We check in together along the way about what is helping, what you need, and whether continuing or preparing to finish feels right.
Your next step
The paid first session gives you 50 minutes to talk through what you need and decide together how to proceed.
